What it is
Personality Quiz is a branded quiz experience that delivers a personalised result based on how participants answer a short series of questions. Often framed as a 'What type are you?' experience, it produces outcomes like product recommendations, lifestyle archetypes, or campaign personas — fully branded and shareable digitally.
Unlike competitive games, Personality Quiz is personal. The result feels tailored, which makes it more meaningful — and significantly more likely to be shared. It's the activation that walks out of the venue with your audience.

How it works
Step 1: Player Begins the Quiz
A branded welcome screen introduces the quiz theme and framing — 'Find your travel style', 'What kind of fan are you?', 'Discover your perfect match'. The player taps to start.
Step 2: Answer a Short Series of Questions
Participants answer 4-8 questions, each presenting a choice between two or more options. Questions are brand-aligned and designed to feel intuitive and entertaining rather than clinical.
Step 3: Personalised Result
Based on their answers, the participant receives a personalised result — a product recommendation, lifestyle archetype, or campaign persona — presented on a fully branded result screen.
Step 4: Share and Capture
The result is designed to be shared digitally. Participants can save or share their result, and lead capture fields collect name, email, and opt-in preferences as part of the result reveal flow.

How many result outcomes should a Personality Quiz have?
Most effective quizzes have 3-6 possible outcomes — enough to feel genuinely personalised without being so complex that the question logic becomes difficult to build. Our team can advise on the right structure for your brand objectives.
Can the result be tied to specific products in our range?
Yes. Product recommendation is one of the most common Personality Quiz formats — each result outcome maps to a specific product or range, creating a natural path from quiz to purchase.
Can participants share their result digitally?
Yes. Results are designed to be shareable — participants can save their result screen and share it via their own social channels. This is one of the key mechanisms through which Personality Quiz extends reach beyond the activation.
Does Personality Quiz work as a stand-alone activation or alongside other PlayHive games?
Both. It works well as a stand-alone activation at smaller events or alongside competitive games like Memory Match or Reaction Test at larger activations — giving participants a choice of experience.
