Collective brand moment

Step 1: Participant Contributes a Photo
Via QR code or a dedicated device, participants upload an existing photo or capture a new one. They enter their details as part of the submission flow.
Step 2: Photo Becomes a Tile
The submitted photo is processed and placed as a tile within the larger branded mosaic displayed on screen. The participant can see their contribution appear in the artwork in real time.
Step 3: The Artwork Reveals Itself
As more participants contribute, the mosaic fills in and the full branded image gradually emerges. The reveal builds anticipation and encourages others to participate — each new tile adds to the spectacle.
Step 4: The Completed Artwork
By the end of the event, the full mosaic is complete — a piece of branded artwork made up of every participant's contribution. This can be displayed, shared, and repurposed as post-event content.

What screen size works best for Digital Mosaic?
Digital Mosaic is designed for large-format displays — LED walls, projection screens, and large monitors. The bigger the screen, the more impressive the reveal. Talk to our team about optimal display configurations for your venue.
Can we moderate photos before they appear on screen?
Yes. Content moderation is built in — photos can be set to require approval before appearing as tiles in the mosaic. This is recommended for public-facing activations.
How many participants do we need for the mosaic to look complete?
This depends on your grid size, which is configurable. Our team will advise on the right grid size for your expected audience volume to ensure the mosaic reaches completion by the end of your event.
Can the completed mosaic artwork be used after the event?
Yes. The completed mosaic is available as a high-resolution export — suitable for use in post-event communications, social content, and campaign materials.
